Academic Team
BRIM has an excellent team of faculty consisting of Internal Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and Visiting Faculty.
Internal Faculty:

Prof. (Dr.) B. Hareendran BTech , MBA,PhD, carries with him teaching and administrative experience of over twenty years . He was the Professor and Head of the MBA Department of Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering, Kadayirippu and Mohammed Sathak Engineering College, Kilakarai, Tamil Nadu.

Prof. M.P. Kesavan Nair, B Sc (Engg.), MBA., has a total of about thirty five years of industrial experience. He had been the Managing Director of KKSF Ltd (KERAFED), and General Manager of Kerala Electrical and Allied Engineering Co. Ltd. He is associated with teaching for the last ten years.

Prof. Samuel Thomas BTech, MBA, is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagapur and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester – U S A. He carries 17 years of teaching experience in Corporate Training and Business Schools including XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is a retired General Manager of Steel Authority of INDIA, Bhilai unit.

Dr. Anitha S, MSW (PM & IR), PhD, Assistant Professor, has industrial experience as HR manager for three years in Manappuram group of companies and as Management Trainee at HLL Life Care Ltd for about 2 years. She has joined as Faculty of BRIM during 2008.

Mrs. Smitha Rajappan, MBA, MPhil, is a faculty member, brings with her three years of experience as Programme Officer in a Government of India Project. She has joined team BRIM in 2006.

Mr.Faazal Siyo, BE, MBA. brings in over 12 years of combined experience at various capacities in the manufacture of Nutraceutical products in Sami Labs Ltd and in sales and marketing in their overseas arm, Sabinsa Corporation, NJ, USA, before joining BRIM.

Ms.Manisha Pillai, MBA. She started her career in publishing industry through campus placement. After two years of successful work in Mathrubhumi Printing and Publishing Company, it is her passion for teaching which motivated her to join ICFAI as a faculty. Five years of active academic involvement helped her to publish many articles in reputed journals in finance. She has rich academic experience gained through attending faculty development programmes, training sessions and workshops.

Ms.Deepa Unnithan, PGDM. She brings with her more than 3 years of industrial experience as Banker in HDFC Bank and Barclays. She has also served as the Programme Manager for Commercial Programmes in Jeevan Telecasting Corporation.

Mr.S.Jayakrishnan, PGDM. is a Post Graduate in Management (Rural Management) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has joined the faculty team of BRIM after 2 years in industry. He has exposure to the Insurance industry and Marketing Research. His major areas of interest include Rural Marketing and Retail Business.

1. Mr. Venugopal.C. Govind FCA, Senior Managing Partner , Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants, Kochi. Has over 42 years of experience in Management consultancy, Auditing and Taxation. Visiting faculty for different IIM’s in India and leading business schools abroad.
2. Mr. C. Harikumar, MA, BL, DBM, CAIIB, PGCBM, retired from Reserve Bank of India as Executive Director. He was the Banking Ombudsman for Kerala and Lakshadweep.
3. Mr.K.S. Menon, MA, LLM is a senior lawyer in Kerala High Court.
4. Mr. P.V Ramesh, PGDMM, MBA is the Dy. General Manger (Kerala) of Zuari Cement Ltd.
5. Dr.K.G.Nayar MA, MBA, PhD, is the former Secretary of Spices Board, Kochi..
6. Mr. Ravindranath. P holds MBA and is the Director of Maa Bozill Communications Ltd..
7. Dr.Nithyananda Bhat, PhD. Retired Professor and an expert in communicative English
8. Mr. Sunil Chacko, B.Sc, MBA, FICWA is the General Manager, of KMML Chavara, Kollam, the largest profit making public sector undertaking in Kerala.
9. Mr. A.S. Girish, is the Head of HR operations of Apollo Tyres in Kerala.

7. Adv. Sebastian Tharakan is a leading lawyer based at Kochi. His area of specialization is
Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Act.
8. Mr. Alex. K. Mathews, is the Head of Research and Analysis division of Geojit Financial
Service Ltd. and holds MBA degree from USA.

10. Dr.K.S.Chandrasekhar is Professor and Director of Institute of Management in Kerala.
