"My journey at Bhavan’s Royal Institute of Management has been truly transformational.
When I first joined the MBA program, I carried several doubts and insecurities, particularly about my communication skills and whether I would be able to adapt to a professional learning environment. Looking back today, I can clearly see how much I have grown, both personally and professionally.
One of the most valuable aspects of my experience at Bhavan’s was the constant support I received from the faculty and my peers. Their encouragement helped me build confidence, overcome my fears, and step outside my comfort zone.
Beyond academics, Bhavan’s provided me with opportunities to take on responsibilities and contribute to various initiatives. Being part of student-led activities and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) allowed me to work closely with teams, take ownership of tasks, and develop leadership capabilities through practical experience.
The most significant change, however, has been in my confidence. From being hesitant about communicating in English and adapting to a professional environment, I have grown into someone who is able to express ideas with confidence and engage more effectively with others. Looking back, this journey has been far more than an academic experience—it has been a period of personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation that I will always value."
