Student-led initiatives such as arts festivals, sports events, and our management fest, CDG, encouraged us to take ownership, collaborate with peers, and develop essential skills such as leadership, teamwork, coordination, and decision-making. These experiences provided valuable learning beyond the classroom and helped prepare me for future professional responsibilities.
